In the contexts of conflict and war, the human body often becomes the battleground where power struggles and domination are violently expressed. This series questions the notions of identity and territoriality symbolized by the flags of Israel and Palestine. The garments, as artifacts of deconstruction, explore the aesthetic and conceptual potential of this process. They serve as playgrounds for reinventing forms and meanings, merging cultures and identities in a nonlinear and deterritorialized manner. The movement of bodies, at the heart of this turbulence, shapes the folds, creating something new through the interaction of colors and materials. The flags of the two nations, which compose these garments and are assembled into a single fabric, become elements of a complex network of meanings and associations, uniting the processes of deconstruction and reconstruction in a single gesture and movement of the body.
